Macmillan Coffee Morning

On Friday 25th September, Oak 3 hosted a MacMillan Coffee Morning to raise money for MacMillan Cancer Support. They prepared for this by making sure that everyone knew about it (creating posters and making announcements in assembly and in tutor groups), by asking staff to bring cake, and by making their own tasty Rice Krispie cakes. On the day, we had a fantastic turnout and lots of groups came by to socialise and donate to the charity. It was a fantastic event, we all had a wonderful time, and we managed to raise £79.20 for MacMillan. Great effort everyone!
