5JG Shopping Trip
Some of the young men from 5JG out enjoying their shopping trip to Harrow Shopping Centre. The whole class spent time together shopping for variety of things and socialising with their peers. Each student was given a voucher with a set amount of money to spend. During lessons students had explored different ways they could spend their money. They chose items online and looked at how to budget for the items they wanted or what they would have to do to make up the difference.

5JG Out and About
Students in 5JG enjoyed a walk through the new Greenford Quays development. The film Moana was playing on the big screen, a photo exhibition about the local community was amazing and the water fountain entertained them with a wonderful colour display of rising and falling water. Students all commented on what they thought the water sounded like e.g. someone breathing, people clapping, birds flapping their wings and the opening and closing of an umbrella.
