Therapy Dog at School
Today some of the pupils at school took one of the therapy dogs around. You will think, this may not sound special, however, the very special thing is that Fita, the dog in particular is now very old and has problems with her back legs, therefore, she needs to use a dog wheelchair to walk!!! The students were amazing with her and she loved every minute of it. We are so lucky to have such caring individuals in our school!!! Well done Belvue pupils!
Today in Food Technology the students have been learning how to make healthy, economical nachos for when they are self-isolating and watching a movie with family. The students have been continuing to develop their food tech skills. They have been estimating and measuring ingredients whilst reading recipes. All students have adhered to the extra hygiene precautions currently in place.
Building Deity Masks
This week Post 16 students have been designing and building deity masks. This project allowed students to create new imagined gods to boost our confidence during these strange times.
