Term of office: 1st Dec 21-29thMarch 26
I enjoyed a long career as a nurse, the final 25 years being a community and public nurse, employed as the Royal College of Nurses Primary and Public Health Adviser.
On my retirement in 2012, I became a trustee of the charity, Groundswell which works towards the rehabilitation of people who have experienced homelessness. I am now Vice Chair.
Having not been a school governor before I know there is much to learn, but I am very passionate about our children with special needs being equipped to live full, healthy and useful lives. They have so much to contribute and a strong and talented board is well placed to support the school in fulfilling its ambitions.

Revd Julia Jagannath
I have been the Rector of St Mary’s with St Richard’s Church since 2022 having previously served in churches in Alperton, Acton, and Ealing. St Mary's is a stone's throw from Belvue School and I often take great pleasure in seeing the pupils as I am working in the church building. I am delighted to be a Governor at this school and hope that I have skills and experience that I can bring to the school having previously served as a governor of a High School in Ealing. Before ordination I had a long career in local government mainly in finance and corporate services. I am passionate about human flourishing and want to see children and young people with special needs equipped to live life to the fullest.
