COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
The school will strive to promote the ethos of ‘Equal and Fair treatment for all’.
If you have any queries or concerns around your child, it is important that these matters are addressed promptly; the students’ wellbeing is the main priority at Belvue.
In any case, initial contact should be made through the Vertical tutor and then matter will be addressed appropriately. For further information around this, please refer to our Complaints Procedure found on the Key school's policies page.
