Science Week in 4MP
We have had so much fun in 4MP this year during Science week. We designed our own bugs. We started by learning about the different bugs, if they have legs, wings, if their bodies are hard or soft and why. Then each pupil designed their own bug in paper, looking at those qualities and deciding for themselves, including number of legs, eyes, wings if any and the colours of each body part. Once designed, we made them using coloured modelling clay and some other bits, like eyes.

3DN Science Week
3DN made a terrarium in class as part of science week. They all really enjoyed placing the sand and soil in the jars and thought the finished plants looked lovely.

Crunchy Architecture
Today some students made CRUNCHY ARCHITECTURE YOU CAN EAT. The students melted chocolate in the microwave. We used chocolate to stick together wafer biscuits to make objects, finally being able to eat them.

Bath Bomb Making
4CC were using basic kitchen ingredients to make fizzy, bubble gum scented bath bombs with surprise inside!

Innovation for the Future!
3DN started to make their own robot as part of science week - innovation for the future. They were creating a robot that cooks, serves and dances.

Lettuce Harvest
Lettuce harvest... 3MB carefully picking our first crop for use in the school canteen. Our lunchtime salads have been extra fresh lately!

Fun with Leo
Two of our students enjoyed spending time with Leo, our school dog. They encouraged him to sit in the shade as the weather is getting hotter
