4MP Arts Week
In Arts week this year we were reconnecting with ourselves and our friends, to celebrate we are here, safe and with one another. All pupils have made a self portrait, where they can use the colours that represent the mood they are in, and something about their environment. We had so much fun!!

Favourite Foods
In Arts Week this year students in 3GR researched their favourite foods from around the world, whether it was a dish made by a relative from another country or something they had eaten on holiday. 3GR enjoy food from all over the world!

Entrepreneurs
Post 16s students designed and made a range of glass artefacts that they were able to sell to Belvue staff. Pre covid they would have been able to participate in sales to the general public, but their reception from Belvue staff was fantastic in total they made £86!

Science/Arts Week in 3CO
During Science/Arts week 3CO learnt about wind turbines and the importance of renewable energy. The class used bright colours and exchanged their windmills with friends, incorporating Arts week theme ‘Friendship’.

3SM Building Objects
We made different objects using biscuits and chocolate!

Rain Cloud in a Jar
The shaving cream represents the clouds and the water represents the air. The coloured water represents rain. As the coloured water saturates the “cloud”, it gets heavy and eventually is so heavy that it can no longer hold the water. It “rains” down into the jar- through the “air”. It is just like real rain falls through the air.
