During a 6 weeks programme, students have engaged in a wide range of work-related learning opportunities across different organisations; each designed to build confidence, independence, and key employability skills.
Across all placements and visits, students strengthened essential employability skills including teamwork, communication, independence, punctuality, workplace confidence, and the ability to follow instructions. These experiences have helped them build a clearer understanding of different industries and what is required to succeed in a real working environment.
