We encourage students to experience, explore and engage with various aspects of yoga, such as: physical practice, mindfulness movement, coherent breathing techniques and meditation. By placing an emphasis on individual abilities rather than competition we can develop independent life skills in a nurturing, compassionate and empathetic environment.

In preparation for adulthood our students will:

improve their social-emotional learning which will help them to achieve positive academic outcomes.

acquire tools to reduce and cope with any level of stress, anxiety, depression or negative emotions and develop techniques for anger management.

enhance their health and physical fitness; sleep; well-being; mental state; emotional resilience; self-esteem and confidence.

have a basic knowledge of the body’s anatomy and the importance of a healthy seasonal nutrition.
