Spending Protocol:
Guidelines:
•Trips need to be booked, and paid for in advance. This includes purchasing vouchers or gift certificates for restaurants.

•Cash will no longer be given out to spend on the Jack Petchey trips so everything will need to be booked and prepaid before leaving for the trip.
If this cannot be done then the activity or additional parts of the trip will not be able to take place.
​
•To try and spend all £300 on the trip/s so small amounts of money is not left over/ forgotten/ left at an amount that is not able to be spent.
​
•Mags and Claire will both need to be updated to ensure the trip is paid and filled out on the JP website in accordance with their rules.
Going Forwards:
The aim is to create a Wish List that students will enjoy and benefit from, and for those that cannot easily access trips or would prefer to spend theirs on something to do in school. This will also be helpful for our students that find this kind of decision making tricky.
Ideas will be added to the list over the coming years and will show a true representation of things the young people would like at school and can then be used over again for all students to enjoy. Ideas from students and Teachers and what kind of items you think could go on the list are welcome.
