
School Council
The School Council is made up of students chosen by their peers to represent the views and ideas of their key stage. These representatives play an important role in shaping school life and helping to make decisions that affect the whole school community.

At the start of the academic year, candidates share their ideas and goals during key stage assemblies. Following this, students vote for representatives from their own key stage in a democratic election, ensuring that everyone has a voice.

Elected council members wear a badge and have their photo displayed on the board outside the hall, so they are easy to recognise. All students are encouraged to speak to council members if they have suggestions, concerns, or ideas they’d like to share.

This process promotes leadership, responsibility, and active involvement in the life of the school.
