Year 7 Residential Trip to Blackwood Forest

Tuesday 24th

We did some pottery painting, we were painting Christmas decorations.

Then we went for a long walk in the forest, we wrote and talked about what we did and saw.

After lunch we made some Christmas cards, which everyone really enjoyed. We then created videos and wrote invitations and RSVP’s to dinner. When we had done all our work we got to relax in the Hot Tubs, everyone enjoyed themselves.

For dinner the boys cooked a pasta dish and the girls brought the pudding, which was apple crumble and ice cream. Everyone has been a kind friend today and had lots of fun.

Wednesday 25th

On Wednesday we used our senses of sight, hearing, smell, touch and taste in the woods. We made nice smelling potions made from things from the woods and collected all the different coloured things we could find.
